Limit of Liability

Submitting any tangible or electronic media, image, data, file, card, disc, device, film, print, slide, or negative for any purpose, such as processing, printing, duplication, alteration, enlargements, storage, transmission, or other handling, constitutes an AGREEMENT that any loss or damage to it by our company, subsidiary or agents, even though by our negligence or other fault, will only entitle you to replacement with an equivalent quantity/size of unexposed photographic film or electronic media, and processing of the replacement media. Except for such replacement, our acceptance of the media, image, data, file, card, disc, device, film, print, slide, or negative is without other liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

• Most small in-house orders are 24 hours or less, Mon-Fri

Guide Prints

• We will do our best to match guide prints sent with your order.
• We cannot always match other manufacturers' paper, but will get as close as possible.

Copyrighted Material

• It is the policy of Universal Color to respect the laws that protect copyrights. It is illegal to copy or digitally reproduce photographs or artwork copyrighted by others without their permission.
• We reserve the right to decline any order unless written authorization from the owner of the copyright is obtained.

Shipping & Handling

• Our standard shipping method is Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Air shipments or shipments via Federal Express are available at an additional cost. We take great care in the packaging of all orders to ensure their safe arrival.

Payment

• Orders are billed to Visa, Mastercard & Discover accounts, as well as cash or check. Sorry, we do not offer open credit accounts.
