We can make prints up to 20x30" on real photographic paper. They are available from 35mm, 120, and 4x5 color or black & white negatives. For larger prints, please refer to our "Large Format Inkjet Prints" page. What is the largest print I can get from a slide? We can make prints up to 12x18" on real photographic paper from 35mm, 120, and 4x5 slides and transparencies. For larger prints, please refer to our "Large Format Inkjet Prints" page. What is the largest print I can get from my digital media? We can make prints up to 12x18" on real photographic paper from any digital media (including CD, floppy, Zip, SmartCard, Memory Stick, etc.) For larger prints, please refer to our "Large Format Inkjet Prints" page. Do I have to send payment with my orders? We do require pre-payment by credit card for all orders placed Online through our Online Print Service. What if I am unhappy with my prints? We do our best to make the best print possible from your original negative, slide, or digital media. If you are unhappy with your prints we will remake them to your satsfaction. We do, however, require that you return any prints that need to be redone. We strongly suggest sending guide prints along whenever possible. What if my prints are damaged during shipment? We will be happy to remake any print damaged during shipping. We do ask that you return the print that needs to be redone. What if I want a print larger than what is available on "real photographic paper"? We have a state-of-the-art Epson Inkjet Printer that will accommodate print sizes up to 30x40". They are printed on photo quality inkjet paper and there is a variety of media available. Sizes larger than 20x30" are avaiable in-store only due to unavailable shipping methods.
